Shipping policy

Free delivery
We offer free courier delivery anywhere in South Africa. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for delivery.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, please allow 8 to 15 business days for delivery. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, delivery can occasionally take a little longer because of courier volumes.

Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. The tracking number usually becomes active within 24 to 48 hours.

Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, we will replace it or refund you. Email us at support@morve.co.za with your order number and, for damage, a photo. You do not need to contact the courier.
